SHIPPING

Shipping rates vary depending on the order and its destination, and they can either be Standard or Express.

To verify the shipping rates to your area, click “calculate shipping” during checkout session.

Standard shipping in Italy is free for orders above €150.

You can track your order anytime by entering the section “My Orders” in your personal account. If you didn’t register on Paultaylor.it, you can enter directly the “Orders” section, by entering your email and order number. You can find them both in the confirmation email of your purchase.

In addition to shipping times, please consider 1-2 working days to process the order. Every order placed after 03:00 p.m. will be processed starting from the following day. During the soldes or promotions periods, these timings may vary.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from our shipping partner.

We would like to remind our customers that shipping outside EU is Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): this means that the final price doesn’t include import fee or custom clearance charges, which will be at the customer’s expense.

RETURNS

To return an order, you have up until 28 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

ORDERS FROM ITALY

If you placed an order from Italy, your package is available for pickup by our postal carrier. The return fee is €4.90 and it will be detracted from the refund you will receive.

Follow these steps to schedule your pickup:

1) Enter the summary of the order you wish to return and click on “Request Refund”.

2) Fill in the Return Form of your order and enter the code pertaining to the reason you’re returning it, then click “Send”.

3) Put the item or the items you wish to return, inside the box the order came in.

4) Schedule the pickup on this website: www.sda.it. You have to choose the option “Prenota un ritiro”, and then “Ritiri singoli”. After you have given authorization to the treatment of personal data, just enter the customer code 799006 and hit “Verifica”. Now enter the information about the pickup address (“Dove ritirare la merce”) and the item you need to return (“Cosa ritirare: informazioni sulla spedizione”): you just have to declare if it’s a bag or a package, and an approximate weight.

In the “Modalità di pagamento” section, you have to select the first option, “Lettera di vettura” (there will be no further charge beside the initial refund fee of €4.90), hit the button “Avanti” and select a date for pickup on section “Quando effetturare il ritiro”.

You can also schedule your pickup by phone, by calling SDA at 199.116.699 (fee per minute is €0.14 from a Telecom landline, cost may vary using another operator) and providing the customer code 799006.

5) We will send you a confirmation email when the package arrives at the warehouse.

ORDERS FROM ABROAD

If you placed an order from abroad, you can return the merchandise by mail, by sending the items to this address:

Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer. The customer is responsible for the merchandise inside the package until it reaches our warehouse; this is why we recommend a shipping service with tracking and insurance provided.

REPLACEMENTS

At the moment, we are not able to handle the replacements procedure automatically. So, in order to replace an item, you will have to carry out the return procedure and place a new order for the item of the desired colour and size.

In the case of a size change or colour change, you can contact our customer service to receive a discount coupon of the same amount of the return shipping cost.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The merchandise will have to be given back intact, complete in all its parts and in its original package (bags and box), in accordance with the following terms:

– for the withdrawal to be possible, the product will have to be intact and given back in its original boxing, complete in all its parts (including packaging and pertinent documentation: labels, seals, etc.);

– for returns from abroad, shipping cost (and possible custom clearance fees, if applicable) will be at the customer’s expense only;

– for returns from Italy, the return fee amounts to €4.90 and it is a fixed price, deducted from the refund you will receive;

– until the notification of deliverance at the address indicated by Trophee Paul Taylor Division s.r.l. is issued, shipping is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

– if the item is damaged during shipping, Trophee Paul Taylor Division s.r.l. will notify the customer so that he may file a report to the chosen carrier and receive the pertaining refund; the product will be then made available to the customer, and the withdrawal request will be annuled;

– Trophee Paul Taylor Division s.r.l. will not be held accountable in any way for any damage, theft, or loss occured during or in relation to the return shipping.

In any case, the customer will not have a right withdrawal if Trophee Paul Taylor Division s.r.l. finds that:

– the returned item and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;

– the product is found missing of its outside boxing and/or its original inner packaging;

– the product and/or its accessories are found missing of some of its components.

In the case that the right of withdrawal decays, Trophee Paul Taylor Division s.r.l. will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the latter the shipping fee and, if already refunded, the price of the product.

REFUNDS

Please allow 3 to 12 working days for the refund, from the day we receive the merchandise you returned in our warehouse. As soon as we have checked the conditions of the returned merchandise, we will send you an email. The refund will be paid with the same payment method used during checkout.

If you received a damaged item or a different one from the one you ordered, return shipping cost will be at our expense. As soon as we have checked its conditions, we will refund you the amount pertaining to the returned items and their return and shipping cost. In order to receive the refund, please remember to forward the payment receipt to us.

If the purchase was carried out by using a discount code, the amount of the discount will not be refunded. The refund will only consist of the amount actually paid.
