You can check the status of the order at any time by entering the personal dashboard and clicking the orders section.
If you have not registered on Paultaylor.it, you can directly access the Orders section by entering your e-mail address and order code, which can be found in the purchase confirmation email.
In addition to shipping times, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Any order placed after 3 pm will be processed starting the following day.
When your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email from our shipping partner.
We remind you that Extra Europe** shipments are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that the final price does not include any import taxes or customs clearance fees. The customer will be responsible for paying the sum account.

**As of 1 January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU Customs Union. Therefore, customs formalities will apply to all goods entering and leaving the UK.
RETURN
RETURNS FROM EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
On paultaylor.it you can request a return autonomy. Follow the instructions below:

4 – Choose which products to return and indicate the reason for each product.
The request will be taken care of by our operators. After approval you can make the shipment. The return is at the expense of the Customer. You have up to 28 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order to make a return. Inside each package must be present the return form that you find at the following link: Return form

A copy of the filled return form should be sent by email to the following address: [email protected]. Please make sure to include all the necessary information in the email to identify the order being returned: the full name of the person who placed the order, the order number, and the tracking number of the package you will be returning.
The refund will be made on the same payment method used, from the moment the goods are returned to our logistics centre.
The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer. Until the package reaches our site, the customer is responsible for the goods contained in it, so we recommend the use of a system of tracking and insured shipping.

Depending on the country from which you make your purchase, customs operations may be required. If the order is not cleared, it will be returned to the premises and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund. CHANGE SIZE
To make a size exchange at one of the Paul Taylor stores, you may contact our Eshop office via email [email protected] for assistance on how to make an in-store exchange and information on the availability of the requested size. The customer must present the receipt in store for the exchange.
For online purchases, you will have to carry out the return procedure and place a new order with the garment of the desired size or color.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages) in compliance with the following conditions:
- for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, seals, etc.);
- for returns the shipping costs (and any customs fees, if any) for the return of the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer;
- the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Trophee Paul Taylor Division S.r.l., is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- in case of damage to the goods during transport, Trophee Paul Taylor Division S.r.l. will notify the Customer to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the relative reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
- Trophee Paul Taylor Division S.r.l. will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or in any case depending on the return shipment.
In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Trophee Paul Taylor Division ascertains that:
- the returned product and / or its accessories, and / or its packaging are not intact;
- the product is missing its external packaging and / or original internal packaging;
- the product is missing its integral elements and / or accessories.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Trophee Paul Taylor Division will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
REFUNDS
Refund times can range from 3 to 12 working days from the moment we receive the goods you have returned to us in stock. As soon as we have checked the status of the returned items, we will send you an e-mail. The refund will be made with the same payment method used during the purchase.
If the purchase was made using a discount code, the amount of the discount will not be refunded. The refund will be related only to the amount actually spent, excluding initial shipping costs.
